We carry substantial stocks of most items to allow us to offer a same day dispatch service (Mon - Fri) with a two working day delivery for orders received before 1pm. If an item is not in stock we will quote you a delivery date to enable you to make a purchasing decision.
New Highchair Standard
Late in 2006 a new European and British standard was introduced governing the safety requirements (and testing thereof) for highchairs in both commercial and domestic use. This standard is BS EN 14988-1:2006 & BS EN 14988-2:2006 and copies can be obtained from the British Standards Institution (www.bsi-global.com). All HELO highchairs naturally comply to this standard.
Delivery Charges
Although many of our product prices include delivery some are subject to delivery costs due to the bulky nature of the goods. We are happy to arrange collection from our warehouse if this is your preferred option. Please see the delivery charges on our products/terms page for more information.
